Every variant: newest first, buyer/renter/seller tabs kept, every lead visible (no hiding), and a clear visual call-out on leads the AI hasn't yet engaged. Each shows the same 8 demo leads so you can compare apples-to-apples.
One simple chronological stream. Each lead is a single line: who they are, what they want, what Dotty just did (or hasn't done yet). Newest at top, grouped by day. Cream cards = Dotty hasn't engaged yet — they're impossible to miss but never hidden. Filter pills at the top let owners narrow by type.
Top section = leads that arrived but Dotty hasn't reached yet (or is still trying). Bottom section = everything else, newest first. Comfort: a green banner up top confirms "All 175 leads captured. 12 still awaiting Dotty's first message."
All leads in one stream sorted newest-first. A dedicated "Status" column shows NEW, REPLIED, QUALIFIED, BOOKED, STUCK. Coloured left rail mirrors status so it scans instantly. Filters at top let you slice by status.
A compact left rail surfaces only the leads that need a human (no reply, stuck, escalated). The main panel is the full chronological list with a status pill on each row. Best for desktop / large screens.
Borrows the Gmail metaphor everyone already knows. Bold + cream background = Dotty hasn't responded yet. Normal weight = engaged. Right column shows last activity and status tag. Familiar, dense, fast to scan.
Each lead gets a mini progress bar: Captured → Dotty reached out → Qualified → Booked. Stage you're on glows. Tells the whole story at a glance — comfort and progress in one visual. Newest at top by default.
